We work late during the week so you’ll generally have the place to yourself during the day and most of the evenings. The room has a workstation- a desk, keyboard and mouse, and two monitors for you to connect your laptop to. Your private bathroom is just a few steps away from your bedroom. Guest access You’ll have access to a private bedroom and a private, separate bathroom. You’ll have access to the living room but please no tv after 9pm. You’re welcome to use the washer and dryer, as well as the garment steamer in the laundry room. You’ll have full access to the backyard, pool, and outdoor furniture. Please feel at home to use our fully equipped kitchen & a great patio to enjoy the weather! *Please note we do have a baby at the property and 2 affectionate dogs (Husky & a Malamute). Enjoy hiking? You can enjoy a great hike down our road at Deems Hills The space You will find your room upstairs with a very comfy full size bed, big screen tv, and a big closet to store your things. The bathroom is immediately next to your bedroom. There may be times where us or our guests use that bathroom but you are the only one who will use the shower. Kitchen: You have access to the kitchen. We do ask that you chat with us first to go over a few "need to knows" about care of a few kitchen items before you do cook in there. For storing pantry-type food goods, we ask that you keep those in your closet due to our kitchen having a small pantry. Your closet has many shelves to make this task easy. You will have access to our fridge to store items in the top area of the fridge. Our kitchen has just about everything you need to cook or bake so please feel free to use what you find! Please feel at home to use all the wonderful amenities this space has to offer. Most times we will be home, so you will be sharing the common areas with us and our pups. Our back patio is there for your enjoyment and relaxation. Please keep in mind that we live in the desert so the furniture may be a little dusty. There are multiple places to sit and relax, and we even have misters to use to make the space cool and enjoyable in the Arizona heat. The pool is also freely accessible to use. Heading north on the way to Cave Creek/Carefree is the Cave Buttes Recreation Area, a real hidden gem for the outdoor enthusiast. For runners, the Reach 11 trailhead offers a 6.4 mile loop trail and can be accessed with a warmup run from the house. Nearby Buffalo Ridge Park (disk golf/basketball/hiking) and Paradise Valley Park Public Golf Course are less than 3 miles away. For those visiting Phoenix for soccer, rugby or field hockey tournaments at the premier Reach 11 Sports Complex, the drive is a quick 5-8 minutes on surface streets. Conveniently situated in North-Central Phoenix, there easy access to the freeway for East and West Valley Cactus League parks and there is quick access to I-17 for short day trips to Prescott (~90 minutes) and Sedona (~110 minutes). From the Sky Harbor rental car facility the AirBnb is a 25-35 minute drive on State Route 51 going through the scenic Dream Draw and Piestawa Peak which are part of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve park system. Please look in the my online guide for stops along the way including award winning pizza at Pizzeria Bianco at Town and Country. This is also a great stop as Trader Joes is nearby. Other things to note The Music Instrument Museum (MIM) is very convenient and according to TripAdvisor, is the #1 "things-to-do" destination for Phoenix. In addition to an interactive museum, they host national music acts throughout the year in an intimate 300 seat venue. Our AirBnB is located less than 5 miles from Desert Ridge Marketplace. This destination offers a wide range of restaurants, shopping and entertainment include the new CB Live venue which offers ticketed national standup comedy acts as well as live music performances. In addition next to Desert Ridge is the "High Street" Mixed Use Complex with a lot of restaurants as well as stand-up comedy

Location is centrally located to all the major hotspots of Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Glendale. We are close to hiking trails and a community park and conveniently located near choices for golf, groceries, shopping, and dining, all just minutes away! This is a single-level 2670 sq ft home with abundant outdoor space that also comes with a grill and a smart TV to catch a game. Our house has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths with an additional game room & office/exercise room. This property is perfect for families and groups who love to spend time outdoors. For a laid-back night in, kids will love the game room that comes with a Smart TV, PS4, and board games. The room overlooks the backyard. Room 3: Queen Bed This room has a closet, and desk with a chair and overlooks the front of the house. Room 4: 2 Full beds. Room 5: Bonus room Office/Workout, dedicated desk, and a smart TV. This room opens to the backyard with direct pool access and is not suitable for small children. The back access door is locked for safety, by unlocking this door guest takes full responsibility to supervise backyard access by small children at all times. * Linens and bedspread may be updated and vary from pictures during your stay. Number of Bathrooms: 2 Bath-1 is attached to Room 1, with a walk-in shower and double sinks. Bath-2 has a bathtub with a shower. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. A full-size new washer and dryer with detergent, laundry sanitizer, and fabric softener are provided. BBQ grill, tools, and Outside Dining Table with a middle fire pit at the property for family/friends dinners.
