Welcome to your home away from home! You will find your room upstairs with a very comfy bed, HD TV, 2 nightstands with LED lights, lamp above each nightstand, desk with a stool and computer monitor, and a big closet to store your things. Please feel at home to use our fully equipped kitchen & a great patio to enjoy the weather!
*Please note we do have a baby at the property and 2 affectionate dogs (Husky & a Malamute).

The space
You will find your room upstairs with a very comfy full size bed, big screen tv, and a big closet to store your things. The bathroom is immediately next to your bedroom. There may be times where us or our guests use that bathroom but you are the only one who will use the shower.
Kitchen: You have access to the kitchen. We do ask that you chat with us first to go over a few "need to knows" about care of a few kitchen items before you do cook in there. For storing pantry-type food goods, we ask that you keep those in your closet due to our kitchen having a small pantry. Your closet has many shelves to make this task easy. You will have access to our fridge to store items in the top area of the fridge. Our kitchen has just about everything you need to cook or bake so please feel free to use what you find!
Please feel at home to use all the wonderful amenities this space has to offer. Most times we will be home, so you will be sharing the common areas with us and our pups.
Our back patio is there for your enjoyment and relaxation. Please keep in mind that we live in the desert so the furniture may be a little dusty. There are multiple places to sit and relax, and we even have misters to use to make the space cool and enjoyable in the Arizona heat. The pool is also freely accessible to use.
How the property is maintained:
--Landscaping is done professionally every other Friday
--House cleaning is done professionally every other Friday and we pickup/cleanup in-between
--Dog poop is done professionally every Friday
--Pest control is done professionally (let us know if you see any bugs and they come back out to spray for free)
--Nathan maintains the pool

Please keep in mind the downstairs area is a common space that we also live in, so we ask that you clean up after yourself when using common areas such as the kitchen.
During your stay
My husband and I actively live here, so we will always communicate when things are going on in the house that need fixing. We are also very friendly so don't be afraid to say hi and chat if you like to!

Who you should expect to be around the home - my wife and I live here with our baby and 2 dogs, and there is 1 other AirBnB room in the home. We are social people so we may have friends/family over at times.
