Great two-story home in a quiet, well kept community in Northern Phoenix. The backyard is what really draws the attention! The backyard is set up for entertaining and lounging in the beautiful Arizona sun. The backyard has a sparkling, heated pebble tech pool and spa, and outdoor kitchen, chaise sun loungers, outdoor dining area, and outdoor, fire pit lounging space with a mounted 40" Smart TV to watch the game while grilling out!
Walking into the home, you'll enter the family room which has a grey sofa, coffee table and lamp. The owner has several board games available for guests to play during their stay. Across from the sitting area is the formal dining room with a dark wooden table that seats up to six people comfortably. The kitchen is L-shaped with a breakfast bar that seats two people. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, granite counter tops and light wood cabinets. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need to make a meal, including small kitchen appliances such as a coffee pot, blender, toaster, and air fryer. There is a bistro table which seats two people in front of the bay windows that look towards the pool.
The living room has two grey comfortable sofas, two lamps an a black entertainment center with a 55" Smart TV that's capable of streaming all your favorite shows and movies. All of the bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a loft. The loft is furnished with a wooden desk, equipped with a monitor for a "work from home" setup. There is also a comfortable sofa for lounging and a mounted 32" flat screen TV.
The master bedroom has a 4-poster, king sized bed, two night stands with lamps, and a mounted 55" Smart TV. Attached to this bedroom is a walk-in closet and a master bathroom. The master bathroom has a dual-vanity, large walk-in shower, and a makeup vanity with stool. The second bedroom has queen sized bed with a night stand and standing lamp. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over full set up.

~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
