Our house is well-appointed, spacious, and stylish; Enjoy the backyard space: take a dip in the heated pool, relaxing spa to take the day off, practice your game in 3-Hole putting, and have family dinners on the outside dining table with a fire pit and BBQ. 5 4K smart TV's for lazy afternoons!
The space
Our home is recently remodeled with fresh paint all over and furnished with all new furniture and mattresses. Location is centrally located to all the major hotspots of Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Glendale. We are close to hiking trails and a community park and conveniently located near choices for golf, groceries, shopping, and dining, all just minutes away!
This is a single-level 2670 sq ft home with abundant outdoor space that also comes with a grill and a smart TV to catch a game. Our house has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths with an additional game room & office/exercise room. This property is perfect for families and groups who love to spend time outdoors. For a laid-back night in, kids will love the game room that comes with a Smart TV, PS4, and board games.
Our kitchen has all the essential gadgets and cookware, bring your ingredients and cooking skills for a nice home-cooked meal, or better yet enjoy one of the many dining options in the area!

- Please Note that there's a $50/night charge from October 1st to April 31st for Pool heating and this will be collected within 24 hours of booking.
Amenities
Kitchen: Open and spacious with granite countertops. We provide a microwave, toaster, and Ninja Blender, and are stocked with essential kitchen gadgets. If you have any special requirements for kitchen tools, please notify us at least 5 days before your arrival and we will make every effort to arrange it for you. Sorry, No Guarantees.
Room1: King Bed This room is a true delight with a tufted bed frame, lounge chairs, 58-inch smart TV, and a huge walk-in closet. Bath 1 is attached. This room is perfect to unwind after a long day of enjoying area attractions or lounging in our backyard.
Room 2: King Bed This room is tastefully designed with elegant artwork and has a closet. The room overlooks the backyard.
Room 3: Queen Bed This room has a closet, and desk with a chair and overlooks the front of the house.
Room 4: 2 Full beds.
Room 5: Bonus room Office/Workout, dedicated desk, and a smart TV. This room opens to the backyard with direct pool access and is not suitable for small children. The back access door is locked for safety, by unlocking this door guest takes full responsibility to supervise backyard access by small children at all times.
* Linens and bedspread may be updated and vary from pictures during your stay.
Number of Bathrooms: 2
Bath-1 is attached to Room 1, with a walk-in shower and double sinks.
Bath-2 has a bathtub with a shower. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer.
A full-size new washer and dryer with detergent, laundry sanitizer, and fabric softener are provided.
BBQ grill, tools, and Outside Dining Table with a middle fire pit at the property for family/friends dinners.

** Exterior Security Cameras: we have placed exterior cameras at the front doorbell, front driveway, and backyard: including the pool and spa area, and side yard area overlooking Propane tanks If you are not comfortable with this, we are sorry, but this home is not the right fit for you.
These cameras record audio/video on motion detection and are on 24/7 for security and liability purposes.
Bedding may differ from pictures on listing with seasonal updates.
