★ Heating the Pool & Spa★
There is no charge to heat the Spa. The large pool can be heated for an extra fee. $95 per day in Dec, Jan, Feb; $60 per day in Oct, Nov, March, & Apr. 3 day minimum.

The dining room pictured with the 8 PCs can be converted. The desks can be removed for a large dining room table.

The gaming arena is set up for recreational and pro gamers alike. We try to provide all the basics, including a monitor, headphones, keyboard, and mouse, but still recommend you bring your controllers and equipment to maintain that competitive edge.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. You can feel comfortable knowing that our cleaners follow the complete procedure to ensure that our house is entirely disinfected, and sanitized, adhere to coronavirus prevention procedures, wipe all doors and keypads, and keep our environment clean.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ GYM SAFETY ★ Guests under the age of 16 years must
have a legal guardian/responsible party 18 years or older
present at all times when using gym equipment. Anyone using the gym or in the general vicinity must wear closed toe shoes at all times. Maxing out & throwing weights on the ground is strictly prohibited.
