The Casita decorated w/ rustic charm, modern appliances, marble counter tops, and custom cabinetry. Wonderful at-home comforts/amenities in a get-away atmosphere. This casita is one story unit w/a private entrance. We are situated in the northern part of Phoenix in friendly neighborhood.
Conveniently located 4 miles from Desert Ridge shopping and to the 101 loop entrance. Only a 12 Minute drive to Phoenix Open and Barrett Jackson. The perfect location for all Arizona excursions!
The space
Private entrance to suite. Granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom with beautiful tile flooring in common area/bathroom. Wrap around shower with double sinks in bathroom. Washer/dryer in unit. Kitchen with stocked essentials including a full size refrigerator, ice maker, filtered water, garbage disposal, coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Unit has king bed plus air mattress sofa bed (in common area)!! Plenty of storage including large closet, dresser in bedroom and second dresser in common area. Large pantry closet. Very comfortable spacious area. Casita has dedicated water heater and thermostat only used by unit.

Wi-Fi, 2 cable TV's, small deck on back of unit, in-driveway parking space. All linens and towels provided. Suite is also stocked with coffee/filters, basic spices, paper products, toiletries, hair dryer, and cleaning supplies.
