Gorgeous views of the mountains and city. Deck with pergola-covered dining area, grill, and fire pit. Lower level with private bedroom, den, and full bath. Home office with printer/scanner and 32" monitor mounted on adjustable-height desk. The space Open floor plan, tons of light, attractive accent walls, gas fireplace, and green—with most electric power provided by the solar PV system on the roof. Catch the sunset over the mountains from the spacious back deck or the master bedroom balcony. Luxuriate in the large standalone master bathtub, or in the "community shower" with two shower heads. Connect your Bluetooth device to the built-in bathroom speaker to relax to your own playlist. Lower level has its own private queen bedroom, separate full bath, and den with TV, perfect for groups, families, and couples traveling together. If you're inclined to cook, the kitchen is well equipped to support almost any culinary adventure—including a 6-burner stove, large oven/broiler, spacious fridge/freezer, food processor, large wok, and Instant Pot. Note that the office can also be used as a 4th bedroom; it has a futon couch that converts to a single bed. Guest access All living spaces are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Access to the home is through front door keypad code. We do keep personal items in locked storage rooms on the bottom level, and in the garage, but there is plenty of room for 3+ cars to park in the driveway. Other things to note We love living in this home when we're not sharing it with our Airbnb guests, but it should feel all yours during your stay, as we stow all personal items away in locked storage. Anything we've left accessible is for your enjoyment during your stay, including books, games, food, and beverages. If you have an electric vehicle, we have two exterior 120v outlets accessible in the driveway between the detached garage and house, and another exterior outlet on the front porch, accessible to the top of the driveway. There are also multiple free Level II chargers all around SLC—most are ChargePoint, so you can locate them via the ChargePoint or PlugShare apps.

Central to everything: 2 blocks to a Trax stop, 7 minutes to the airport & 30 minutes to Park City! Come stay with us! Hablo Espanol The space Fully equipped kitchen for cooking & baking with all stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, coffee pot, toaster, seasoning rack, dishwasher, disposal and endless counter space. Ideal work from home setup including multiple workspaces, fast 1Gig Wifi, and a nice external monitor. One bedroom has a desk with high end external monitor, a second monitor can be provided as well. There is full laundry facilities on the back porch & also storage space for bikes, skis and boards. Additional storage space can be provided in the basement for longer stays. Free street parking directly out the front door. Kid friendly. Includes a high chair and crib for convenience with young kids. 15 min walk to Salt Palace or anywhere in downtown Salt Lake City. There is another apartment above the main house with a separate entrance in the rear of the home. Guest access You can self check in with the keypad at any hour. The space Also include a space heater for stepping out of the newly tiled shower, fan for white noise in the bedroom, and a top of the line air purification system to ensure a comfortable night's rest. In the past I have added a twin bed to the bedroom for longer term guests. Basement storage space can also be provided for longer term guests. Fast WIFI, dedicated desk and external monitor make working from home extremely convenient. Washer and dryer in unit make this an ideal long-term option! Please note the exterior stairs leading up to this second story apartment. Guest access You will have off street parking right outside your door.
