Also include a space heater for stepping out of the newly tiled shower, fan for white noise in the bedroom, and a top of the line air purification system to ensure a comfortable night's rest.

In the past I have added a twin bed to the bedroom for longer term guests.
Basement storage space can also be provided for longer term guests.

Fast WIFI, dedicated desk and external monitor make working from home extremely convenient.

Washer and dryer in unit make this an ideal long-term option!

Please note the exterior stairs leading up to this second story apartment.

You will have off street parking right outside your door. The neighborhood is walkable, you can rent scooters or use the public light rail called Trax.
