You're encouraged to make use of the amenities provided in these communal areas. However, there is one exception to this accessibility rule: the storage room. This room is specially secured with a unique lock and positioned on the eastern wall of the garage. It bears a clear sign that reads "Storage Room, Do not Enter!" I kindly request that you refrain from attempting to enter this room, as doing so will activate an alarm that can only be deactivated by an authorized officer. The door and locking mechanism have been deliberately designed to prevent accidental openings, ensuring that access is only granted when intentionally authorized. Your understanding and cooperation in respecting this limitation are greatly appreciated. Home office with printer/scanner and 32" monitor mounted on adjustable-height desk. The space Open floor plan, tons of light, attractive accent walls, gas fireplace, and green—with most electric power provided by the solar PV system on the roof. Catch the sunset over the mountains from the spacious back deck or the master bedroom balcony. Luxuriate in the large standalone master bathtub, or in the "community shower" with two shower heads. Connect your Bluetooth device to the built-in bathroom speaker to relax to your own playlist. Lower level has its own private queen bedroom, separate full bath, and den with TV, perfect for groups, families, and couples traveling together. If you're inclined to cook, the kitchen is well equipped to support almost any culinary adventure—including a 6-burner stove, large oven/broiler, spacious fridge/freezer, food processor, large wok, and Instant Pot. Note that the office can also be used as a 4th bedroom; it has a futon couch that converts to a single bed. Guest access All living spaces are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Access to the home is through front door keypad code. We do keep personal items in locked storage rooms on the bottom level, and in the garage, but there is plenty of room for 3+ cars to park in the driveway. Other things to note We love living in this home when we're not sharing it with our Airbnb guests, but it should feel all yours during your stay, as we stow all personal items away in locked storage. Anything we've left accessible is for your enjoyment during your stay, including books, games, food, and beverages. If you have an electric vehicle, we have two exterior 120v outlets accessible in the driveway between the detached garage and house, and another exterior outlet on the front porch, accessible to the top of the driveway. There are also multiple free Level II chargers all around SLC—most are ChargePoint, so you can locate them via the ChargePoint or PlugShare apps.
