The TRAX light rail stop and Frontrunner train are also with in walking distance. Guest access
Easy access with private entrance through rear stairwell to the upper unit of a large duplex. Digital key pad entry codes will be sent the day of check in. Please do not use the neighbors driveway to unload or you may be towed.
Other things to note
Responsible adults only welcome in the home please! This private residence is the upper half of a large duplex with no shared spaces inside. Guests must be able to climb one flight of stairs. This home has very unique architecture with tons of character including a loft in the master bedroom, and 2 very unique "nooks" in the other bedrooms with floor space for extra sleeping arrangements!
