Enjoy easy access to the city and mountains from this centrally located, beautiful two-story home. Separate one bedroom apartment above the main house allows for space and comfort when traveling with groups.
Our home is just 5 blocks from the center of downtown, 3 min. to the freeway, 8 min. to the airport, and 30 min. to Park City!
We have high speed WiFi, dedicated work spaces with external monitors, and perfect for any vacation, business trip or long-term WFH stay.
The space
Our home has two units with separate entrances. Perfect for traveling with groups!
We prefer longer stays!
*** The Main Level ***
~ Has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen for cooking & baking with all Bosch stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, coffee pot, toaster, seasoning rack, dishwasher, disposal, endless counter space, etc.
~ Three bedrooms (5 beds: 1King, 2Queen, 2Twin/bunk beds).
~ Ideal work from home setup including a dedicated workspace, fast 1Gig Wifi, and nice external monitor.
~ The Washer and Dryer are on the secured back porch with ample storage for bikes, skis, etc.
~ Free street parking directly in front of the house. One off street spot also.
~ Kid friendly. Includes a high chair and crib for convenience for traveling with kiddos.
*** The Second Floor ***
~ A separate entrance in the back of the house takes you to this darling apartment.
~ Large bedroom with seating area and views of the Wasatch Range of Mountains
~ Full kitchen, living room, bathroom, washer & dryer, and dedicated work space
Guest access
All Guests will have full private access to both the main house and the upper apartment. For an extended stays storage space in the basement can be provided.
You can self check in with the keypad at any hour.
