3 bedrooms with 5 comfy beds provides for up to 8 people to enjoy this space for work or play short or long term.
Central to everything: 2 blocks to a Trax stop, 7 minutes to the airport & 30 minutes to Park City!

The space
Fully equipped kitchen for cooking & baking with all stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, coffee pot, toaster, seasoning rack, dishwasher, disposal and endless counter space.
Ideal work from home setup including multiple workspaces, fast 1Gig Wifi, and a nice external monitor.
One bedroom has a desk with high end external monitor, a second monitor can be provided as well.
There is full laundry facilities on the back porch & also storage space for bikes, skis and boards. Additional storage space can be provided in the basement for longer stays.
Free street parking directly out the front door.
Kid friendly. Includes a high chair and crib for convenience with young kids.
15 min walk to Salt Palace or anywhere in downtown Salt Lake City.
There is another apartment above the main house with a separate entrance in the rear of the home.
Guest access
You can self check in with the keypad at any hour.
The entire house is your space and available for your use.
