The space Bungalow style city house with a fully fenced backyard. Ample free street parking out front. You will have a private entrance from the backyard with a keypad for self check-in. The room is spacious and bright, with a Queen-size bed, desk, monitor, keyboard, mini fridge and microwave, water kettle, and complimentary coffee & tea. The space includes a private attached full bathroom with shower/tub. Please note: the room is attached to our home but is entirely private with soundproofing panels and curtains. You may occasionally hear noise as this is not a stand-alone unit; however, we try to be courteous when guests are here of the noise level. This is my primary residence, so please treat the house with care :) Guest access Nestled in the historic neighborhood of Belmont, our home is conveinent to uptown Charlotte, as well as the quaint neighborhoods of Plaza Midwood and NODA. Parking is on the street and is ample and free. Please check parking signs. During your stay I work from home and reachable by phone most times, unless I am traveling. Other things to note *Great place for people with dogs and remote workers. You will have a work table with portable monitor and wireless keyboard and mouse in your room. Work from your room, on the deck, or just take them with you to a coffee spot nearby.

A spacious room in a townhouse that's about 15 minutes from the airport and uptown/downtown Charlotte. It is near two major highways and there are many things conveniently located within 5 minutes of my place. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers (I do have a desk and extra monitor set up in the room). I'd prefer not to host children and no pets. No shoes in the house. *Planes do fly occasionally over between the hours of 7am-11pm. The space A spacious bedroom that is clean and simple on the second floor. The TV has access to Netflix and HBO. House is a 2 bed, 2 bath layout. The Master bed is a king bed and the guest bedroom is a queen. Both bedrooms have walks in closets with easy and convenient shelving and built in hampers. The laundry is stocked with liquid soap and fragrance free powder with fast efficient machines. There are speakers at pool and lanai. The audio at heated pool has dual subwoofers to get the party started :) There is a desk with an HDMI connected monitor, a wireless keyboard and mouse for your convenience. Our stylish 1 BR home is located in a mid-century modern building on prestigious Queens Road. The living room has an abundance of light and includes a relaxing lounge area and a spacious workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances & kitchenware. There are many locally-owned restaurants and shops within an easy walk, as well as parks and a greenway trail, and a seasonal farmers market around the corner. It offers easy access to Uptown, NoDa, & South End. The space This property is part of the Home Collection-Charlotte's Boutique Furnished Residences. We own over 30 different residences all within 2 miles from downtown Charlotte! The dining area comfortably seats four. The kitchen is stocked with everything one would need for a short or longterm stay - down to the garlic press! The apartment is located on the second floor with a skylight providing an abundance of natural light. Off-street parking in a private lot for 1 car is also provided. Should you need extra parking for another car - there is street parking available along the side of the building. In the living room, a comfortable sectional sofa grants the perfect space for guests to lounge and unwind. A large flatscreen television offers entertainment options including cable tv. The residence is also equipped with a desk and wifi enabled for our business travelers; we also offer access to a nearby business center for our guests. 400-thread-count linens and thick Egyptian cotton towels offer all of the comforts of home, and the bedroom has a generous closet and a television. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. Wide sidewalks and towering oaks throughout the neighborhood provide an ideal place for walking or jogging, and a coffee shop, multiple restaurants (including Ethiopian, Thai, casual and fine Italian, etc.), shopping and even an independent movie theater are a half mile away. Spring through fall, a farmers market is open Tues, Fri and Sat around the corner from the apartment, and a greenway offers a convenient connection to Freedom Park, Dilworth and Carolinas Medical Center. Ideal for short- or long-term stays for business or pleasure, or when visiting someone at either CMC or Presbyterian Hospitals, our goal is for you to feel at home during your stay.
