Simple + Spacious + Clean (One Private Bedroom)

A spacious room in a townhouse that's about 15 minutes from the airport and uptown/downtown Charlotte. It is near two major highways and there are many things conveniently located within 5 minutes of my place. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers (I do have a desk and extra monitor set up in the room). I'd prefer not to host children and no pets. No shoes in the house.

*Planes do fly occasionally over between the hours of 7am-11pm.

The space
A spacious bedroom that is clean and simple on the second floor. The TV has access to Netflix and HBO. There is a private full bath in the room.

Guest access
Guests may use the kitchen, dining area, and living room area.

During your stay
I will be staying in the other room so please feel free to ask me questions!
