**If you are bringing a dog, please share whether or not they are cat friendly; I will keep my cat in/ out accordingly.
The space
Bungalow style city house with a fully fenced backyard. Ample free street parking out front.
You will have a private entrance from the backyard with a keypad for self check-in. The room is spacious and bright, with a Queen-size bed, desk, monitor, keyboard, mini fridge and microwave, water kettle, and complimentary coffee & tea.
The space includes a private attached full bathroom with shower/tub.
Please note: the room is attached to our home but is entirely private with soundproofing panels and curtains. You may occasionally hear noise as this is not a stand-alone unit; however, we try to be courteous when guests are here of the noise level.
This is my primary residence, so please treat the house with care :)

Nestled in the historic neighborhood of Belmont, our home is conveinent to uptown Charlotte, as well as the quaint neighborhoods of Plaza Midwood and NODA.
Parking is on the street and is ample and free. Please check parking signs.
During your stay
I work from home and reachable by phone most times, unless I am traveling.
Other things to note
*Great place for people with dogs and remote workers. You will have a work table with portable monitor and wireless keyboard and mouse in your room. Work from your room, on the deck, or just take them with you to a coffee spot nearby.
