Here's some of the more important points: Stairs... we have them, and if you didn't see it earlier... my place is a penthouse... as in the fourth floor. As I prefer to host the adventurous traveler, I don't think most of you will find it a problem, but if you need an elevator, I'm unfortunately not the best place for you :( Noise: We're literally 2.5 blocks from the Angel and Paseo de la Reforma, and while we're minutes away from the tranquility of Chapultepec forest and castle, we're also normally in a very popular, vibrant, and energetic neighborhood... though during the pandemic it’s relatively quiet. The Terrace: There's nothing cooler about this place than the terrace... it calls you to hang out on it, and bathe in the energy of the city... That said, the railings are not very high, and things can fall off of them. Nobody wants a gringo crashing down on them. Plus, it wouldn't be good press for Mexico. So please enjoy, yet be cautious with the railings: don't sit on them, and place your drinks somewhere else... The people on the street below thank you. Services: I have a full staff, and you will have access to all of my providers when in my home, housekeeper (she normally comes once a week, and also launders and irons the laundry). Let me know what level of service you'd like, and we can let you know the cost and arrange it for you... Laundry: Our housekeeper will assist you with your laundry needs. She'll wash, line dry, and iron everything and return it for you. In most cases, you'll receive the laundry back in 24 hours, at a cost of $250 Mexican pesos. Check-in and Check-out times: We accept check-ins between 3PM and 10PM, and are happy to try and arrange for and accommodate different times with advance notice--please ask before booking if you have a very early or late check-in. An additional fee of $200.00 mxn will apply for early or late check-in or check-out since our team members are required to work extra hours. I hope you understand, please let us know if we can help. Third Bedroom/Office: As noted above, one of the bedrooms has been converted to a full working office.

We are located on a quiet, private street in the heart of Condesa @lascasasmagicas Rest comfortably on a King bed. Rooms have a white noise machine, humidifiers, & earplugs. Bathrooms have a rain shower & comfy robes. Just a few steps away, you'll find plenty of outdoor restaurants, diverse cuisine, and work-friendly cafes. The space This condo has beautiful artwork and plenty of natural lighting to illuminate the space and provide you inspiration. Three guests can easily stay here without feeling crowded. The Bed(s): (1) King Sized memory foam bed (1) Full sofa bed with memory foam mattress The kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven and 4 gas burners. It is setup for a great flow and cooking in this kitchen is a blast. You're only a few blocks away from local fresh produce! Fresh pasta, cuts of meat, and vegetables are all really accessible. There is also a farmers' market every Tuesday right around the corner. You're bound to find inspiration in this kitchen! - 4 gas burners, oven, and range hood - Full-sized refrigerator - Quality and well-maintained kitchen equipment: knife set, sharpener, pasta strainer, pour-over coffee maker, cutting board, measuring cup, measuring spoons, mixing bowls, hand-mixer, blender, etc The Balconies: This unit has 2 balconies, each with their unique personality. The Eastern/street facing balcony is the larger of the two, and is ideal for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. We've strung lights on the balcony, so you can have a romantic evening taking in the calmness of Condesa. There are outlets available outside to work comfortably, and yes the WiFi does reach and is still super fast on either balcony! The Living Room: Plenty of seating for a cozy movie night on the 55" TV Guest access Day-to-day, you will likely be walking everywhere. We are central to nearly all the best places in CDMX, and it's such a great experience to get lost and walk to the near neighborhoods like Roma and Reforma. There are so many city bike stations within 2 blocks of the condo - the monthly rental price is less than $20 USD for a pass. Other things to note The Workspace: Enjoy the fastest wifi in the neighborhood, at 200mbps There is a dedicated work station, equipped with a desk, desk lamp, and power surge for all of your charging needs. Additionally, you can use the Smart TV as a second monitor.
