Enjoy a Roof Garden w/Patio & Premium Gym, Jacuzzi & Bar under a glass canopy perfect for exercising, socializing, lunch or work under sun, rain or stars.
The space
A digital nomad heaven, Condesa Coliving+Coworking ("Co3") is a 6 bedroom full-service coliving space with private bathrooms, upstairs from its own Coworking Studio, and distributed into three main Levels, each with specific conforts and services, sweeping views of Mexico City, and lots of sunlight. Throughout the property, you'll connect at a super fast and reliable Telmex 750 Mbps. (Ask about "Pitahaya", the Women's Only section within the Lodging Quarters.)
Lower Level: Common Areas
This Level is expansive, open and lighted, with two fully equipped kitchens, a dining table, an open, inviting rest/play area with a huge 75" TV, plush carpet and super confortable modular sofa set. Completely equipped on-site Laundry Room is free, and at your disposal 24x7.
All work will get done in our energizing, functional, and naturally lighted Coworking Studio with areas for individual work as well as for meetings and collaboration. We've stopped at nothing to help you be at your most productive day or night. Each guest has their own personal workstation in an open, stimulating environment, and their own designer, high quality ergonomic chair. For those times when you need extra quiet to hyper-focus on that critical deadline, tune out everything by putting on your Co3 provided red-noise ANC over the ear headphones. You'll find them in your own code-enabled workspace locker just a few steps away. Best of all, your personal workstation features a brand new 32" FHD "vision care" monitor.
Upper Level: Private Lodging Quarters
This Level contains two separate bedroom areas with three bedrooms each, each one with its own full size closet, desk, chair, and nightstand. Each bedroom can comfortably sleep two people in its brand new Spring Air orthopedic Queen mattress, with plenty of living space, and additional storage spaces, some designated for your luggage. You have a private in-room bathroom, only for you.
For those not used to CDMX's enviable year-round weather, just ask, and our staff will provide you with: cozy extra comforters, humidifiers, fans, portable heaters.
Roof Garden Level: Recreation
The building's awesome Roof Garden Level is another key draw for our guests, as it features an expansive patio with tables and chairs, as well as a Premium Gym, Jacuzzi & Bar. On the western side, you have an open area with pool-style tables, zero-g chairs and sun lounge beds where you can relax or BBQ surrounded by wide views to the western parts of the City (Polanco, Lomas, Santa Fe, etc.). This side also features a full bathroom. The eastern side is more exclusive, featuring an enclosed steel and glass canopy that covers the Premium Gym, Jacuzzi & Bar so that you can workout, bathe & relax in hot bubbly water, work in office-style tables and chairs, or just hang out at the bar where you'll entertain your own guests day or night. This side has wide views of Condesa and Roma neighborhoods, particularly of Parque México's treetops.
Co3 provides you with all these services so that you can save money on expensive restaurants, excessive take outs, gym memberships, office/WeWork fees, laundry, and housekeeping services.
Here's a brief "tour" of the space, starting from your own bedroom:
You exit your bedroom within the Lodging Quarters one flight above the common areas. You go through a frosted glass door that separates this private area from the staircase that will take you down stairs to the Coworking Studio, rest/play area, 2 Kitchens, and Laundry Room.
You come down the staircase, and see an open, expansive common area starting with the kitchen that you'll share with only two other neighbors (one kitchen per three bedrooms). Further down straight is the 6 station Coworking Studio (that you see in the photos), and behind you to your left is the Laundry Room with free access to washer and dryer. The Coworking Studio and the Laundry Room are all common spaces for all six bedrooms.
On your way to the Coworking Studio you'll pass the kitchen to your left and a separate, niche workstation for your video calls. As you approach the middle of the Coworking Studio, you'll see the open air balcony door, and to your right, the rest/play area, right opposite to the Coworking Studio that is on your left.
That relaxation area, complete with games (dartboard, connect4, etc.) and huge 75" TV are common for all six bedrooms, as is a second niche, separated video call workstation which is mirror opposite to the one you passed on your way to the Coworking Studio. Front right you'll see the kitchen that belongs to the other 3 bedrooms in the apartment. All the way to your right, you'll see the staircase that takes you to the private Lodging Quarters that belong to the other three bedrooms, which are identical to the ones on your side of the apartment.
You then exit the apartment, and go up in our beautiful glass elevator into the Roof Garden Level, where on the western side, you'll see a large open social area, with zero-g sun beds, pool-style tables & chairs, and BBQ, as well as a bathroom for your guests. On your eastern side, you'll see the Premium Gym, Jacuzzi & Bar which also includes tables and chairs to work or dine under any weather. And after dark, this exclusive part of the Roof Garden can become the ultimate getaway, with low light, perfect for drinks and relaxing in the hot tub ;)
Guest access
As described above, please note that this rental is not for the entirety of the apartment; there are private areas and there are common areas.
Guests have access to their Lodging Quarters, the common areas of the apartment, and of the building in general, including Roof Garden Patio and parking levels. That said, guests' privacy and personal property are taken very seriously; and our space is designed to provide and preserve it.
Access to the apartment, as well as each Guest's private areas (bedroom, Coworking Studio locker, in-room safe-box, etc) is through code locks and smart-locks which are updated for every guest; no keys are given out.
