This brilliant flat is located close to great transport links, London City Airport, restaurants and Canary Wharf. The flat has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, balcony and a lovely open plan kitchen and living room and a communal courtyard. This would be a great place for up to 2 people looking to be located in a more residential area which is still easily accessible to Central London and surrounding areas. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a secure modern residential building, which is accessible via a lift or stairs. There is a 150Mbps fibre internet throughout, an office chair, and a 24 inch HD monitor that can be plugged into via provided HDMI cable, so those needing to work are weell catered for. This is my home and as such you may find some of my personal items here - I ask that you treat my home with the respect that you would treat your own place! LIVING AREA / KITCHEN The kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. The kitchen has been fitted with modern kitchen appliances and there are a range of cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses. The living area has a grey comfortable sofa which is perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. The TV doesnt have any live channels, however there is a HDMI cable so you will be able to stream from your laptop. There is a desk in the corner which is a great place to sit if you need to do some work during your stay. This can also be used as a dining table. From the living area you can gain access out onto the balcony which has a small table and chairs, which is a great place to have your morning coffee on a warm sunny day and admire the view. BEDROOM The double bed has a sumptuous memory foam mattress and the bed will be spotlessly made up using white hotel quality linen. There will also be plenty of space in the wardrobe for you to be able to hang your clothes up and store your belongings neatly away. BATHROOM The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and sink. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest. Guest access Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. NEWER large digital microwave also. - Also proper real comfy queen size bed / mattress and real pillows for a good nights sleep (not some piece of sponge or fold out couch as I find you often get when travelling) - Also kitchen even has its own room and window where you can even shut the door (so kitchen isn't in the same room as the bed like some places, which is a nice bonus) - Layout - Once you enter the apartment there is a small entranceway with 3 doors, one is the main room with high ceilings / huge window which has the queen bed, cupboards, table and chairs, various tables and drawers etc Other door goes into the kitchen which is its separate room and also has a window. Has sink, oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge, freezer and many utensils trays, pots, pans, plenty of cutlery, everything you need since I like to cook healthy food myself. Other door is for the bathroom with bath, shower, toilet. Guest access Entire apartment is yours, fully self contained apartment with your own kitchen and bathroom. Located right in the centre of London, this self-contained and well-equipped studio flat offers leisure and business travellers a comfortable and secure space close to major tourist sights, shopping and dining, and the new Victoria commercial area. It consists of: •A small entrance hall with a coat cupboard and big shelf over it to store your suitcases. •A separate kitchenette with electric hob and a microwave/oven/grill, refrigerator, washing machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle and all china and equipment necessary. •The fully tiled bathroom has a full length bath with hand-shower unit and new thermostatic head shower, hand basin and WC. •The flat is comfortably furnished for two people, with one queen-size bed. There is also a choice of automatic air mattress or foam floor mattress suitable for one child/young teenager for shorter stays, and a folding travel-cot for babies up to 15kgs (see photo). We regret that we will NOT accept requests for three adult guests as the space is really too small for comfort. There is hanging space, shelves and drawer space. There is an iron and ironing board, a hair drier, basic sewing kit, radio, Bluetooth music system, Smart TV with Netflix and Chromecast. For business travellers there is workspace with a desk, high speed internet (100Mbps Ethernet; 60 Mbps WiFi) and a WiFi and Airplay all-in-one printer/copier/scanner. Also a X-cut shredder so you don't have to travel on with confidential trash. Easily connect up the Smart TV as a 32 inch wireless monitor to your laptop/tablet from the proper writing/typing desk. We have installed a silent ceiling fan to keep the flat cool in our increasingly hot London summers. There is also a two-way hot/cold Dyson fan for adjusting the temperature further. No air conditioning, but there is a large CEILING FAN to keep cool in the increasingly hot London summers. The rent includes heating in winter, hot water, electricity, linen and high-speed broadband connection. There is excellent easy shopping 5 minutes away on Victoria Street: Waitrose, a Marks and Spencer with good food hall and groceries, the usual High Street stores, supermarkets, fast-food outlets, take-aways and some nice pubs mean you can get meals and other necessities pretty much 24/7. There is also a great range of up-market (including Michelin-starred) restaurants nearby if you are looking for fine dining. For exercise-lovers, you are three minutes jog from the contiguous green areas of St.James' Park, Green Park and Hyde Park with great 5, 10, 20 k circuits. There is a Pilates mat in the flat and also a Bikram Yoga centre in the next block. A public swimming pool open from early morning till late in the evening is just 10 minutes walk away. Welcome to my castle, or should I say home, (I am English!). My place is in the contemporary area of Canary Wharf. This Town House is the perfect base for exploring London. My place caters for city workers as well as families / friends. The Thames Clipper is 5 minutes walk away, the DLR 3 minutes. In summer relax in the rear landscaped garden and unwind. The space My 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, Town House is on a quiet residential street near Canary Wharf. The house is split over two levels, the bedrooms and bathrooms (one en-suite) are on the 1st floor and the living room and kitchen on the ground floor. You'll enjoy the feeling of walking on real European oak flooring on the ground floor. If you enjoy preparing meals, you'll love using the luxury German kitchen. The kitchen backs onto a landscaped, rear garden which overlooks the towers of Canary Wharf, enjoy a glass of wine and relax here. The lounge has a large comfy sofa and modern 4k HDR TV with a roku streming stick. There is also a desk with two monitors, should you feel the need to do some work on your laptop with a 500 MB WIFI connection. (Some of my processions are in the cupboards but I've left space for you) Guest access You have full access to the house, come and go as you please. Other things to note This is my home I put on Airbnb whilst I'm away so some of mt possessions are still in the house. There is a Nest security cam, outside the property, this is for your security and mine. When making a booking request please include a little about yourself and your plans, especially if you have no reviews. I expect my guests to be self sufficient to some degree. There will be no one to check you in but I will leave you the combination code for my key safe and detailed instructions on how to find my house, which are provided after your reservation is confirmed. Stays over 2 weeks require a mid-clean. All bed linen and towels will be replaced and the house cleaned. **This is already included in your fee.**
