The space
- PERFECT LOCATION, well lit and safe to enter, immediate location is pedestrianized and away from traffic (also no loud clubs directly downstairs), yet you can walk within minutes to Oxford St/Regent St, Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Rd and Leicester Square tubes. Quiet street within the upscale old town Carnaby shopping area of Soho. Can walk almost everywhere in London or easily walk to many tubes/buses. The location is so amazing, you could be out at dinner/drinks/theatres in Soho/Mayfair/West End and pop back and forth to the apartment as quick as a bathroom break.
- FAST 100% FULL FIBRE Wifi 1GB Unlimited internet - superfast upload for video / zoom client calls or WFH. Speed test - 900M down / 900M up via ethernet or 650M / 650M over WiFi. Waited years to install the fastest cables directly to my apt, not shared with anyone else. Note many buildings in London have 1/1000th this upload speed. Also excellent phone reception.
- ADDED 40" 4K HDR Android Smart TV/Monitor with WiFi and HDMI cable, useful spare monitor, even a spare Core i5 laptop can be arranged if needed.
- ADDED proper adjustable OFFICE CHAIR to sit at table to work
- Very private building, only apartment on entire floor (ideal if you want to avoid crowds coming and going).
- High ceilings, huge windows so the place is bright and well lit.
- Have travelled extensively as an airbnb guest myself so I know exactly what you need - this is still the best location you will ever stay.
- I work remotely so have made sure this apartment has everything you need to work, cook, and live, including everything a professional needs like iron, ironing board
- Have heater with thermostat and timer and NEW extra space heater, also have quiet compact turbo fan
- I also like to cook healthy food - has full kitchen with everything you need, even a protein shaker. NEWER large digital microwave also.
- Also proper real comfy queen size bed / mattress and real pillows for a good nights sleep (not some piece of sponge or fold out couch as I find you often get when travelling)
- Also kitchen even has its own room and window where you can even shut the door (so kitchen isn't in the same room as the bed like some places, which is a nice bonus)
- Layout - Once you enter the apartment there is a small entranceway with 3 doors, one is the main room with high ceilings / huge window which has the queen bed, cupboards, table and chairs, various tables and drawers etc
Other door goes into the kitchen which is its separate room and also has a window. Has sink, oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge, freezer and many utensils trays, pots, pans, plenty of cutlery, everything you need since I like to cook healthy food myself.
Other door is for the bathroom with bath, shower, toilet.

Guest access
Entire apartment is yours, fully self contained apartment with your own kitchen and bathroom.
