Bus-, fam-, and lg group- friendly! Walk 10 min to Fountain Square’s dining/music, drive 9 min to downtown/conv. ctr. Check amenities of this "amazing" home! People love this! The space The entire open area house is set up to provide you with a great Airbnb experience. There are 3 bedrooms (1 with crib), 2.5 baths, 2 home entertainment systems, work desk with laser printer and monitor, kitchen with cooking supplies, nice dining table, upstairs patio, attached garage, laundry room, soft water, RO pure water, and child amenities. Two sets of folding patio tables and chairs. Queen sofa bed is in the living room. One queen and one twin air mattresses. Guest access You will have access to the entire house via the front entrance, and an attached garage for one car or SUV (201" long Toyota Sienna van fits but barely … must be careful). Free outdoor parking is on the opposite side of the street. You have access to the lower and upper decks. Upon booking, you will see a house manual that includes the code to the front door, allowing you 24-hr access, and various operating instructions. You will have access to our TVs, wireless internet, kitchen, and laundry room. Other things to note The house is protected by a Vivint Home Security System with a smoke alarm, a smart thermostat, a garage door opener, sensors for windows and doors, and code activated deadbolt locks. The system includes a 2-way EXTERIOR doorbell camera at the front door, and an EXTERIOR surveillance camera (no audio recording) above the garage door. Of course, there are absolutely no cameras of any kind inside the house.

Welcome to Nuestra Casita, located near downtown. This recently renovated home features a"YouTube" Kitchen, beautifully designed and ready for a breakfast. **Happy to work with Traveling Nurses (Laundry option available for you) Grab a book from our collection while you enjoy a bon fire night under the lights. Plug into the gaming setup or get some work done on the WFH station. Lucas Oil Stadium -3.2 miles Children Museum of Indianapolis -4.6 Indianapolis Motor Speedway -6.7 miles The space The Family room is comfy and the smart TV is ready for you to log on and catch up on your favorite shows like Ted Lasso or Squid Games. Cook up a delicious meal or use our kitchen to film a YouTube episode of "AirBNB Cooking". We don't know if that is a show but our kitchen is beautiful and deserves a selfie or two. Both the mattresses are extremely comfortable. We know how difficult it can be to sleep in a strange bed so we did our best to make it a home away from home in Nuestra Casita (Our Small Home). Guest access Parking is pretty straight forward. Come through the back alley and open the gate if you want to park in the closed driveway. If you want to get in and out quickly you can park on the street right in front of the house. You can park up to 2 cars in the front and one car in the back. The house is off New York Ave, which is a one-way street that goes OUT of downtown. Washington Ave is a regular 4 lane street that cuts all the way through the middle of downtown. You should really only need to take those two roads back and forth from downtown. Its only about a 2 mile drive to get there. Waze and iPhone Maps are going to make it easy to navigate and everything is within a 5 mile radius from the house. The primary bedroom has a 65 inch TV and a small balcony with a view of the downtown skyline. Just a 10 minute walk to the popular, NEW Bottleworks, Mass Ave, Indy's dining, shopping and entertainment district. The space BUSINESS FRIENDLY AMENITIES- LG Ultrawide 29 inch monitor with keyboard and mouse compatible with Mac and PC. High-speed Internet, WiFi printer (with ample paper and mega ink) comfortable workstation with multiple plugs & USB outlets. Other office supplies: stapler, note pads, pens, pencils, Post-it notes, high-lighter, Sharpie, scissors, and more. There is also a folding desk in the bedroom closet for a 2nd workstation. ——————————— Private one car garage has direct access into townhome, the driveway will accommodate a 2nd car. Washer & dryer off the new IKEA kitchen which is fully equipped: slide in range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Flexbrew coffee maker. BEDDING: There is a king bed in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a king bed which can be divided to make two twin extra long beds. (2nd bedroom is normally set as a king-bed. Please request in advance if you’d like set as twins) Pets- Well-trained small pets will be considered. Must contact us in advance of booking. Official trained service animals are always welcome! Guest access You’ll enjoy private access to our entire home which was recently completely remodeled .You also have a private courtyard and one car private garage with driveway parking for a 2nd car. There is a keypad on the front door and your unique code will be created and sent to you prior to arrival. In the unlikely event you have a problem entering, there is a RIng video doorbell installed at the front door which will allow you to reach us. Early checkin’s and late checkout’s ARE possible .
