The space
The entire open area house is set up to provide you with a great Airbnb experience. There are 3 bedrooms (1 with crib), 2.5 baths, 2 home entertainment systems, work desk with laser printer and monitor, kitchen with cooking supplies, nice dining table, upstairs patio, attached garage, laundry room, soft water, RO pure water, and child amenities.
Two sets of folding patio tables and chairs. Queen sofa bed is in the living room. One queen and one twin air mattresses.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house via the front entrance, and an attached garage for one car or SUV (201" long Toyota Sienna van fits but barely … must be careful). Free outdoor parking is on the opposite side of the street. You have access to the lower and upper decks. Upon booking, you will see a house manual that includes the code to the front door, allowing you 24-hr access, and various operating instructions. You will have access to our TVs, wireless internet, kitchen, and laundry room.
Other things to note
The house is protected by a Vivint Home Security System with a smoke alarm, a smart thermostat, a garage door opener, sensors for windows and doors, and code activated deadbolt locks. The system includes a 2-way EXTERIOR doorbell camera at the front door, and an EXTERIOR surveillance camera (no audio recording) above the garage door. Of course, there are absolutely no cameras of any kind inside the house.
