The apartment is a cozy, quiet and relaxing space that has two floors, located in the heart of Barranco close to shops, restaurants and the Malecon boardwalk full of parks and scenic views of the ocean and beaches. Located on a quiet street this apartment is perfect for long term stays and digital nomads that work from home. The main floor includes a bathroom, kitchen, living room and patio with a bbq. Second floor has two bedrooms and shared full bathroom and two work desks. We welcome you! The space The apartment is an open concept calming space. Open concept kitchen with breakfast bar and fully equipped perfect for long term stays. The living room is comfortable and calming with direct access to a patio including a bbq and nice natural plants and vines. On the second floor are the two bedrooms, the main has a queen bed, tv and work desk. The second bedroom has a single bed and another work desk. Both rooms share a full bathroom including a shower and bathtub. The space is great for a family or a group of 3 that work online or are visiting family for a longer term. Guest access There is a self check in process and you will be able to pick up the keys from the front desk reception, just provide your name and the porter will hand you the keys. There is free access to a gym and sauna as well. Other things to note No parties or smoking is permitted in the apartment.

Welcome to our breathtakingly beautiful, one-of-a-kind home in Lima! We’ve put a lot of love and care into our home to make sure that you have the best stay possible with all the comforts of home. Located in the heart of Miraflores and as close as you can get to the Pacific Ocean, our unique gardens, Terrazas, balconies and curated indoor spaces will allow you to escape the noise of the bustling city while being only blocks away from the most visited destinations in Lima. The space Upon entering from the street, you’ll be greeted with our front yard: a beautiful, green garden with well kempt plants and wrap around lighting for visibility at night. There is also a large garage (one of two) with an automatic door (remote available) that can fit 2 cars spaciously. Entering the home, you’ll be welcomed by our large living/family room. Filled with plants, chandeliers, and all the natural lighting you could hope for, it is a luxurious space that will be sure to make you feel happy and relaxed. Through the living room, you will find our unique garden space that you won’t find anywhere else in Lima. With rustic tables and matching umbrellas, an extra-large grill with accessories, a ping pong table and another 3-car garage, there is plenty of space for you and your guests, plus some! The kitchen is large, with an induction stove and all the kitchen utensils and amenities you would expect to have in your own home.                 Climbing the stairs, on floor 1.5, is an office space with a 26-inch monitor, sofa-bed, digital piano, smart speaker, standing desk with bucket seat, plus it’s own small private terraza. You’ll also see a living tree in the middle of the stairwell – a recent addition that adds to the feeling of being in nature while in our home. On the second floor you will find another balcony with table and umbrella, 2 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One room has a private bathroom, while the other bathroom is located in the hallway. One room has a queen sized beds, the other is a double, with comfortable sheets and tasteful decorations. One room has a view of the front of the house, while another has a view of the garden. You’ll also find a tea station and smart TV in the larger bedroom.                 Going to the third floor, you’ll be greeted by our stunning master bedroom. With a king-sized bed, working fireplace, desk with additional external monitor for working, large bathroom with bathtub and bidet, and a walk-in closet, it can’t get much better. Included are 2 comfortable bath robes, essential oils, and bubble bath, to name a few of the extras. Both the bedroom and bathroom have large windows letting in plenty of natural light. Just outside of the master bedroom is an amazing terraza with patio furniture, a large umbrella for shade, hanging plants, and yoga mats. It is a gorgeous space that you will surely fall in love with.                 Outside of the 3rd floor balcony is a laundry room with a fairly new Samsung washing machine and space to hang-dry your clothes. Below that is yet another terraza with a bistro set where you can sit with a drink while watching passers-by on the street below. A beautiful two bedroom modern apartment with incredible views of the city. It's perfectly located, one street from San Blas Market but tucked just off the main road. A fully equipped kitchen, gas powered shower and heating throughout ensures you’ll feel at home. For the digital nomads we offer fiber optic internet, desk, ergonomic office chair and 26" screen plus a great view. A 3 minute walk gets you to the Bohemian neighbourhood of San Blas with a wealth of cafes and restaurants. The space The apartment is based within a modern apartment block and the newly furnished apartment will exceed all your expectations. We have recently imported a heating system to ensure that you will be cozy during the cold Cusco nights. The open plan living space has plenty of areas to relax. We have a brand new 55" smart television, fast internet (average speed 250-500mb). In addition, you will find different guidebooks on the bookshelf, recommendations on the blackboard and board games below the television. The kitchen is a full working kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave and water filter. You have everything you need and more to cook dinner. At the rear of the apartment you will find the two bedrooms. The double bedroom has a very comfy double bed with an electric blanket. It also has the option to have a desk, ergonomic office chair and 26" monitor for those working or studying remotely. The second bedroom has two single beds, built in wardrobes and a safe. The two bedrooms lead out on to a balcony, which is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee whilst taking in the morning sun. And most importantly, with a gas powered shower you are always guaranteed hot water any hour of the day, a rare find in Cusco. In addition to the balcony in the apartment you can also go to the rooftop of the building to see amazing views of Cusco. There are table and chairs where you can work from or enjoy lunch in the sunshine. Guest access The whole apartment is for our guests. Other things to note We are lucky to have a wellness studio on the ground floor of the building and are able to offer one free 60 minute session in the Hyperbaric Chamber (perfect to beat the affects of altitude sickness) (1 per party) plus discounts on all additional therapies that ReEnergize Cusco offers. If you would like to check in earlier that is no problem as long as the apartment is free. We can also offer to store luggage in our apartment if you will be coming back to stay in the apartment.

The office has it's own heater, two ergonomic chairs, desks and a 26" computer screen (with adaptor for MacBook Pro). With natural light and the sun shining through in the morning, it is the perfect place to catch up on work. The first bedroom has a very comfy king bed, duvet and extra blanket. The second bedroom has two single beds and built in wardrobes. And most importantly, with a gas powered shower you are always guaranteed hot water any hour of the day, a rare find in Cusco. The rooftop of the building offers amazing views of Cusco, table and chairs to work from or to relax in the sunshine. Guest access The whole apartment is for our guests. Other things to note Houses and apartments in Cusco do not generally have heating. Central heating doesn’t yet exist here and if you are lucky you may find an electrical heater for the apartment. We know many tourists struggle with the cold, which is why we have imported two Infrared heaters, one for the living area and the other for the office. For the bedrooms we have brought from England feather duvets and provide extra blankets and hot water bottles. We are lucky to have a wellness studio on the ground floor of the building and are able to offer one free 60 minute session in the Hyperbaric Chamber (perfect to beat the affects of altitude sickness) (1 per party) plus discounts on all additional therapies that ReEnergize Cusco offers.
