The apartment is a cozy, quiet and relaxing space that has two floors, located in the heart of Barranco close to shops, restaurants and the Malecon boardwalk full of parks and scenic views of the ocean and beaches. Located on a quiet street this apartment is perfect for long term stays and digital nomads that work from home. The main floor includes a bathroom, kitchen, living room and patio with a bbq. Second floor has two bedrooms and shared full bathroom and two work desks. We welcome you!

The space
The apartment is an open concept calming space. Open concept kitchen with breakfast bar and fully equipped perfect for long term stays. The living room is comfortable and calming with direct access to a patio including a bbq and nice natural plants and vines. On the second floor are the two bedrooms, the main has a queen bed, tv and work desk. The second bedroom has a single bed and another work desk. Both rooms share a full bathroom including a shower and bathtub. The space is great for a family or a group of 3 that work online or are visiting family for a longer term.

Guest access
There is a self check in process and you will be able to pick up the keys from the front desk reception, just provide your name and the porter will hand you the keys. There is free access to a gym and sauna as well.

No parties or smoking is permitted in the apartment.
