A vibrant area rug accents the spacious, sunlit living room, where two white couches and several accent chairs invite conversation beside the fireplace. An office provides a quiet work space complete with a large desk, monitor, and printer. KITCHEN & DINING Granite counters line the large kitchen, which is equipped with a gas range, two ovens, and a fridge. Pristine white cabinetry contrasts with the sleek stainless steel appliances. The dining room holds a large table with comfortable seating for up to eight, as well as picture windows showcasing stunning ocean views and a decorative cast iron wood-burning stove. BEDROOMS & BATHS The serene master suite awaits with a queen bed, 55” flat-screen TV with Netflix access, and two patterned sitting chairs from which you can relish the view. A shared en-suite bathroom features a tub, shower, and a double vanity. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a unique en-suite bath setup -- two closets converted into a water closet and a shower. The third bedroom features a comfy queen bed, while the fourth bedroom, which is accessible through the third or a secret back hallway, has a king bed. The guest bath on this floor has a tub/shower combination. A bright half bath features a corner pedestal sink. OUTDOOR AREA Step onto the deck to take in the surroundings – expansive ocean views, lush perennial gardens and tall pines. There's a propane grill, a dining table for six, and chaise lounges to soak up the sun and take in the John’s Bay vista. Secluded House on South Bristol's Highest Point w/ Water Views

This is my personal house that I am only able to visit on occational weekends due to working in Knoxville. Carpets need to be replaced. (I'm working on these things when I'm in town and the house isn't booked.) Therefore, bring your dogs, cats, yaks whatever - pet friendly! The space House is weirdly themed. I am a long term nerd, and it shows. Living room sports an Xbox, 65" 4K HDR TV. Master bedroom has a 4k Roku TV. Guest access Due to road construction, one entry to the street is blocked. GPS to Food City on Virginia and then to 1217 Golf to get around it. I park on the street, there are, 'coal runners' for a driveway as well. Please don't park in front of the mailbox. Other things to note There is a treadmill on the back sunroom; feel free to wear it out. Despite the dust, it works (broke my ankle, and can't run anymore and you can't give these things away.) Wireless is Ferrari, password is eight 8's (88888888). There is a wireless colour printer on the network you can use. If you have to dispose of needles, there is a yellow medical waste container in the kitchen (I'm diabetic.) FUN: See if you can find an autograph of someone famous :)
