This is my personal house that I am only able to visit on occational weekends due to working in Knoxville.
Carpets need to be replaced. (I'm working on these things when I'm in town and the house isn't booked.) Therefore, bring your dogs, cats, yaks whatever - pet friendly!
The space
House is weirdly themed. I am a long term nerd, and it shows.
Living room sports an Xbox, 65" 4K HDR TV. Master bedroom has a 4k Roku TV.
Guest access
Due to road construction, one entry to the street is blocked. GPS to Food City on Virginia and then to 1217 Golf to get around it. I park on the street, there are, 'coal runners' for a driveway as well. Please don't park in front of the mailbox.
Other things to note
There is a treadmill on the back sunroom; feel free to wear it out. Despite the dust, it works (broke my ankle, and can't run anymore and you can't give these things away.)
Wireless is Ferrari, password is eight 8's (88888888). There is a wireless colour printer on the network you can use.
If you have to dispose of needles, there is a yellow medical waste container in the kitchen (I'm diabetic.)
