The space
Our 95 sqm 3-room apartment offers the perfect way to get to know Berlin in all facets and to work in a well-equipped office.
Our bedroom has a 160cm bed with two floor depth windows and a large closet*.
The separate study features two desks (one of them height adjustable) as well as two monitors. If 4 people want to stay in the apartment, the study still offers enough space for a 140cm bed, which we are happy to set up by arrangement.
Our large kitchen-living room is perfectly equipped. It has any dishes, cooking utensils, a large fridge, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, electric stove/oven, and can accommodate up to 8 persons with a large wooden table. The open living space is ideally suited for film evenings with its large, all-rich couch.
On the attached balcony there is a gas grill, as well as a small seating area for two people.
Our large bright bathroom has a double vanity as well as a bath and shower. A guest toilet is also available. The washing machine is also used.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in the back house There is no elevator.
Other things to note
*If we do not rent the apartment via Airbnb, we live here ourselves. Therefore, personal items are located in the apartment. We try to create space for you, for example, in the wardrobe, but cannot remove all personal items for every rental. We therefore ask that you be considerate of our things.
