This space is 10 min walk to best part of Valencia, the wonderful "Park Turia" & the magnificent "Park of Arts and Sciences". Perfectly connected to the beach & downtown.
The space
It is a 10 minute walk to my favourite part of Valencia which is the wonderful "Park Turia" and the magnificent "Park of Arts and Sciences". Close to public transport and perfectly connected to the beach and downtown. Area is full of good restaurants, parks, downtown, touristic monuments and more.
This incredible accommodation has everything you need to make your stay ideal, as we have taken care of every detail. We have upgraded our apartment to a smart home. Built for digital nomads, virtual workers, w/ 2 working station + (2) HD 24inch Computer Monitor, in each bedroom.
This smart home is located on the ground floor with only 1 set of stairs to get to the unit. The apartment's heart is our beautiful and large terrace, with a long table to start the day with a nice breakfast or to enjoy our night lights with friends.
You'll feel at home very quickly with any of my Airbnbs. As a digital nomad that loves design, I worked hard to make our home the best experience. I spent time in each of the homes to assure they get built to a high standard and come fully equipped.
The home has just gone through a complete 4 month renovation which finished end of JUNE 2022. Everything in the home is brand new from the bathroom / bedrooms / floors down to the dishes. I wanted each home to feel unique and have a great ambiance set to it, you will not be disappointed
The space
This space with high ceilings has been designed with the intention of making it cozy, beautiful and dynamic.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary utensils for cooking. Among other things it has a ceramic hob, microwave with grill, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, etc...
- The living room has a nice sofa, convertible into a bed, HD TV, wifi and a nice dining table.
- There are (2) bedrooms, both have a double bed and a dressing room to leave your clothes and suitcases.
-The bathroom is a spacious space with individual towels, hairdryer and gel and shower shampoo.
- The laundry room has a new washing and drying machine and also a drying rack.
Guest access
The accommodation is unique and exclusive to guests.

The apartment has everything you need for your stay, but we also have additional services that you can consult such as cleaning during your stay, additional sheets and towels, etc...
