The space
The apartment measures 85m2 (914 ft2) and was completely refurbished in 2014 to high standards.

The flat now consists of a living/dining room with an open plan kitchen which provides everything you need; oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, dishwasher, washing machine, blender, coffee machines (french press, stovetop & Nespresso) plus a variety of pots & pans, plates, and cutlery to accommodate 6 people.

The apartment has both central heating AND air conditioning throughout the entire house.

There is fast WiFi (250 Mbps) for free and both the living room and the en-suite bedroom have flatscreen TVs with Chromecast that allow you to stream your favourite films from your mobile device.

Down the hall, you will find the first bathroom, which has a large bathtub, a shower, heated towel racks, a toilet, and a sink.

The first bedroom at the end of the hall is very spacious. It has a king-sized bed, two bedside tables with individual lights, a sofa couch, and a large cupboard to store all your clothes and suitcases. The bedroom is equipped with automatic blinds which ensure total darkness and a good night's rest.

In this bedroom, you will also find a hairdryer, iron, ironing board a clothes horse, and all the fresh clean towels and bed linen.

The second bedroom is the en-suite. The bedroom is also bright and spacious with large bay windows overlooking the Sagrada Familia. A king-sized bed, two bedside tables with individual night lights, a wardrobe, a 32-inch TV with Chromecast, and access to the office space which consists of an office chair, a desk, and a monitor to let you work.

The en-suite bathroom has a mixer shower, heated towel racks, a toilet, and a sink. This bedroom also has automatic blinds to block out the light and overlooks a playground that is shut off to the public at night.
