Hightop House is a newly renovated Victorian home in midtown Kingston. Ideal for a WFH getaway (inhouse and coworking partnership), groups, and families. Enjoy easy access to Kingston and surrounding areas.
3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Large open kitchen, contemporary furnishings, brand new appliances. Walk to UPAC / Stockade District, Keegan Ales. <10 min drive to the Rondout district, Hutton Brickyards. 10min to Ashokan Rail Trail, Onteora Lake. 20min drive to Saugerties, Woodstock, Rosendale.
The space
Make yourself at home! The house is fully furnished with brand new furniture, and a chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances. We provide high quality bedding and bathroom linens. Our entertainment options include Roku TV and LOTS of games for all ages. Whether you are visiting Kingston for work, special occasions, or just for fun, the home has everything you need for your stay.
Each bedroom has a queen sized memory foam mattress, cotton sheets, closets for storage, and luggage racks. We also provide a Pack n' Play in the primary bedroom closet for guests with small children.
There are three bathrooms in the home, a small half bath on the first floor and two full bathrooms upstairs. The upstairs guest bathroom has a tub and shower set up, and the primary bathroom has a walk in shower. We provide guests with bath towels, makeup-towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and other essential toiletries.
The kitchen is brand new featuring lots of countertop space for meal prep. We provide olive oil, coffee (Keurig pods and ground coffee), sugar, and basic condiments.
Enjoy a casual meal at the countertop or dine together at the table! Use the placemats and napkins provided to set the table, and light up complimentary candles for ambience.
There's a desk on the first floor for those looking to work from home, with a large monitor for guests to use. Just plug into your laptop. There's also a mousepad in the desk, with writing utensils and paper. If you're looking for a separate workspace, we have partnered with CoWork Kingston to offer guests access to a dedicated coworking space that is a 10min walk or 3min drive away - ask host for details.
The living space has a variety of seating, comfy throw blankets, and entertainment options. Log into your favorite streaming apps on the Roku television. We provide a number of classic games like Uno and Jenga.

Dogs allowed with pet deposit. We provide dog bowls, a pet bed, and waste bags. Keep pets off furniture as best you can, and use designated towels and couch cover.
