Enjoy this modern apartment in a new building in the most lively and "up and coming" area of Oslo. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and all of Oslo is within walking distance.

The space
Apartment in the center of Oslo. New building of high standard. Private balcony. Nice rooftop. Fully furnished. 1 bedroom with double bed (150cm x 200cm = 4 feet and 11.1 inches x 6 feet and 6.74 inches). Desk for working and 27" monitor for your computer (color laser printer also available). TV with chromecast. High end sound-system with chromecast audio. And finally; a trendy lava-lamp for that perfect evening mood ;)

This apartment is located in the best place for exploring the city. Everything is within walking distance and all transportation options are nearby. This area is becoming "the place" to live in Oslo and has undergone extreme gentrification the last years. It's full of life and diverse restaurants, bars, shops etc.

I live in the apartment, so this is not an "empty", soul-less, airbnb-ified apartment like so many other. Please treat it nicely and as if it was your own.

Rules: No parties, no drugs, no other people than the registered guests in the apartment. Smoking only on the balcony or the rooftop. No shoes inside. Be considerate of the neighbors; keep the noise level low and no / little noise after 22. Thanks :)

If you will have extra guest(s) only for some of the nights, please note that there is a charge for the third and fourth guest (as of April 2019 this is 290 NOK per person per night for person 3 and 4 - but this price can change up or down). Please let me know if this is aplicable for you.

There is one large bed in the bedroom that can take two persons and one sofa in the living room that can take one person. 3 persons in total.
