Airport Taxi Service upon request. We have pre-selected a qualified Taxi driver for your from/to airport transportation service at the current commercial rate. Available upon advance request. The driver will meet you at the gate. Avoid waiting taxi lines.

Easy access to public transportation is a highlight of this place. Syngrou - Fix metro station ( Red Line) and Bus stations are 3 blocks away, or about 3-5 min walk. Syngrou-Fix st is 2 stops from the Syntagma Metro Hub. The Athens Univ Express line E90 stop is also 3 blocks away. Great for visitors and students to the Athens University central campus at Ilisia - Zografou. The house is one block away from the Syngrou Avenue, a major transportation avenue used by buses and taxis. We are also 2 blocks from the Kasomouli Tram station that gives access to many parts of the city including the seashores.



EXERCISE : An in house "mini gym" is available with a stationary exercise bike, weight bench, hand weights, a yoga mat and a step machine are provided for your exercise indoor or at the private terrace, high above Athens.

Comfortable outdoor furniture and an outside open shower are there for your relaxation and sunbathing at the sundeck on a sunny private veranda.

Work in style on the spacy solid oak desk. PC monitors available for eye comfort and bluetooth stereo speakers for your conferencing or music relaxation. Speed Booster router extends internet download speed up to 70Mbps and supplied with a mini ups for uninterrupted internet connection. Fast WIFI for wireless in house internet. A lift will take you to the 5th floor and wide marble stairs will lead you to the private penthouse one floor up. The top view 45 sqm sunny wrap around veranda, with comfortable outdoor furniture, is by far the highlight of this penthouse. You will enjoy amazing wide open views of the city landscape and memorable sunsets with Acropolis in the background. HEALTH & CLEANING. The house is sanitized and thoroughly cleaned at least 48 hours after each guest departure. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:
o We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
o We use cleaners and approved disinfectants (DALCO 100) and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
o We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
o We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
o We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

In addition, as a final step, we use a Steam Cleaner and clean all soft surfaces (eg. mattresses, pillows, upholstery) with 100 degree Celcius hot air steam.

All white linens, blankets and towels are cleaned and ironed professionally and delivered in the house in sealed bags. Apologies for this, but guests will be required to unseal the bags and lay the sheets on the beds themselves. All personal hygiene items, such as paper, soaps, antiseptic gel, face masks are provided sealed and unused.

BLEISURE (the blending of Business with Leisure time) is a new trend in travel with people combining pleasure travel with remote work. To accommodate the Business and Leisure travelers we have set up stylish laptop friendly working areas providing 2 spacy desks with and 2 ergonomic comfortable chairs, 2 printers, a scanner, a drawer with basic office supplies and High Speed Internet. A local switched LAN provides local speed up to 1Gbps to connected devices.

FAMILIES. We encourage families with children, up to the bed capacity of 4. So, we have focused on safety. A portable crib and a baby bath can be provided upon request.

Basic office supplies will be available to enable someone to work remotely from this place without going shopping for these items.
