Amazing Rockridge Location-Birdhouse Private/Clean

Our Birdhouse residence is located at the back of a long lot. Enjoy an off street parking spot, walk thru our courtyard shared space, and head on up the stairs to a quiet 2 bedroom private house. There is a back stairwell that opens up to a private backyard space. Nothing fancy but help yourself to any lemons or grab a seat and relax. Not mentioned in the listing is a back office near the restroom that we use for storage but it does have a desk and monitor that you are welcome to use.

The space
The best thing about this area is how walkable it is along with amazing food just around the corner on College Ave. If you are feeling adventurous you can even walk to Bart. The best thing about this house is where it is situated on the lot. It is very quiet (for living in a city) and private. To keep the place a little cooler on hot days keep the curtains closed in the front living room.

Guest access
I’m addition to your private backyard space there in a comfortable courtyard space with shaded seating and a hammock that you are welcome to enjoy.

Other things to note
Really important to note that the Birdhouse requires the ability to walk up and down some steep stairs. This is also an older house with smaller rooms. If you need a lot of space it may be more challenging. Please look at the pictures and make sure you are comfortable with this. You may see a dog hanging around. He is very friendly but if you are afraid of dogs this may not be the right spot for you. We also spend a lot of time with our very friendly neighbor cat. He will likely try and say hello. Before booking please confirm first what pet you are traveling with.
