Entire Private Guest House

This is a private guest house, unattached to the main house. A lot of light, California King bed with Tempureric mattress. Full Kitchen, WiFi, Small office area (Desk with monitor and kb hookups for your notebook) Shared Garden with Bbq. Excellent Internet 234Mbps/11.1Mbps. The place is for only 1 (one) person.

The space
This is private guest house, unattached to the main house. The entrance is through the driveway (green gate you could see in the pics). It has a lot of light since has windows in any direction. It also has double curtains with black outs so you can close them all if light bothers you when sleeping.
I have an Audiophile level stereo system and TV with a ChromeCast, if you have your own Spotify/Netflix, etc accounts you will be able to enjoy.
I work from home so the Office Desk is set up so you can connect your laptop to the monitor (HDMI or RGB cables are in the table) and wireless keyboard and mouse.
Or you can use your laptop with the WiFi anywhere in the house. Excellent Internet 234Mbps download/11.1Mbps upload (measured with Speedtest)
I lived in this house for 15 years and the reason I'm posting it here is because I'll be overseas for 3 months. With this I want to say it is a comfy place to stay.

Guest access
The full one bedroom one bathroom guest house. The shared yard, patio chairs, tables, umbrellas and BBQ.

Other things to note
In the yard are usually 2 dogs. A medium dog (half Lab half Sherman Shepard) and a Chihuahua. They are very friendly with people.
