SWIMMING POOL: provides you with exclusive beach-like amenities like beach entry pools with a feature island, and palm tree courtyards. It is open to guests for a fee. Pool Coupon can be purchased in Shore Billing Office open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm / Saturday till 1pm. Php 150/pax or Php 300/pax if Calendar Holiday. The swimming pool coupon is valid for one day only 6am to 10 pm. It will be replaced by a wrist band once you redeemed it. Wear this and a proper swimming attire. Please note if your stay is a “same day” weekend booking you might not be able to purchased pool coupon due to Shore Billing Office is closed. For this kind of booking we purchased in advance 5 -- regular days swimming coupon that you can just pay us in case you want to enjoy the pool (this is subject to first come first serve basis for weekend guest). Other things to note ***HOUSE RULES*** Kindly adhere to the House Rules as failure to do so might result to a FINE imposed by Condominium Admin and/or Unit Owner 1. No unregistered guests allowed. 2. Strictly No smoking inside the unit. Use the balcony instead. 3. Please take care of our bedsheets, linens and towels. Refrain from staining them. 4. Eating and drinking on the bed is not allowed. 5. No hanging and drying of clothes and other items in the balcony area. 6. Please turn off the Aircon, TV and Lights when leaving the unit. The Aircon is STRICTLY not allowed to be left running 24/7 - there should be a rest-downtime. 7. Please respect the noise curfew of 10 PM. No overnight partying. 8. Please keep your keys with you. Lost key has a replacement fee of Php 300. 9. Please lock the door each time you leave the unit and do not leave the key outside when you enter the unit. 10.
