Come live like a Charleston local at our renovated mid-century home. The house consists of four nice bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, an open dining area, and a large family room with a pull-out sofa. We've recently added a patio with a gas grill, dining table and lounge area. 4 COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS The primary bedroom overlooks the backyard and features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. The other three bedrooms all have queen beds. All four beds have memory gel mattresses and luxuriously soft all cotton linens. The beds are topped with fluffy (hypoallergenic) down-alternative comforters. 3 MODERN BATHROOMS The house contains three large bathrooms - two with huge walk-in showers and one with a bathtub and shower combination - enough space for your whole group to get ready at once. GOURMET KITCHEN & DINING The bright, open kitchen has brand new high-end appliances, immaculate counter tops, and a central island with stools. The kitchen is equipped with the tools you need to whip up a gourmet meal for your group. The kitchen is open to the dining area, making it an ideal space for a family dinner. The 8 ft dining table with 10 seats was custom-made for our space. LARGE FAMILY ROOM W/ WORKING FIREPLACE Past the kitchen you’ll find a spacious comfortable family room with a brick wood-burning fireplace. The room is designed for entertaining with a large sectional couch, record player and record collection, board games, and a smart TV. The sectional folds out into a queen bed. PRIVATE, FENCED YARD W/ DINING, LOUNGE, & GRILL Sliding glass doors open the family room to the large backyard. It is surrounded by a privacy fence, making it a great place for the kids, pups, or even the adults to play. We provide corn hole, bocce ball, and a frisbee golf set. The concrete patio is furnished with a picnic table (seats 8), a sectional (also seats 8), and a gas grill. There's a train track that runs directly behind our privacy fence. Trains run several times daily and toot their horns. It can be very fun for the kids, but if you are sensitive to loud noises this may not be the property for you. Park Circle is surrounded by trains, so you'll want to consider other parts of the Charleston area. DOG FRIENDLY - NO BREED RESTRICTIONS, NO FEES We love dogs and our home is pet-friendly! We only asked that you please keep them off of the furniture and that you clean up after them. Max of two dogs, no size or breed restrictions, no additional fees or deposits. Please shoot us a message before booking if you are interested in bringing your pup so we can let our cleaners know. We've set up a work station with a desk, chair, monitor, keyboard, and mouse for your remote working needs. Live like a Charleston local in our updated three-bedroom Park Circle house. Our friendly, eclectic neighborhood is located 10 min the airport, 15 min from downtown, and 20 min from the beach at Sullivan’s Island. The space Our house has a relaxed vibe and slightly funky aesthetic, which we think you will find is reflective of the Park Circle area. All are welcome! Relax in the living room on the custom Joybird modern chaise sofa while watching the mounted flat screen smart TV. The living room can easily be turned into a cozy den for movie watching or a makeshift extra bedroom for a larger group by drawing the blackout curtains and pulling the queen-sized memory foam bed out of the sofa. Enjoy cooking in our fully equipped, open kitchen with a gas five-burner stove, oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and beautiful reclaimed wood shelves. The kitchen is open to the dining area with a reclaimed wood bar. If its a nice day you may prefer cooking and dining al fresco on our private, sunny deck with the dual charcoal and gas grill and extra-long picnic table (seats 12). There are three comfortable bedrooms, all with queen-sized mattresses with new luxurious, cotton all-white bedding and fluffy down-alternative (hypoallergenic) . There is also a laptop-ready office area with a desk, monitor, mouse, keyboard, and printer. Dogs are welcome! We only ask that you keep them off the furniture. Please note that the yard is private but not fully fenced. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and grounds, with the exception of the garage, which is used for storage.
