Professionally decorated by a high-end designer, you’ll love the stylish interior. A home office with a two-monitor display is ideal for working remotely. Other highlights include a modern kitchen and dramatic vaulted ceilings. With no neighbors behind, enjoy extra privacy in the walled backyard. Dip in the pool, lounge in the cabana, and unwind beside the firepit. Vaulted ceilings soar above the main living area. On quiet afternoons, play a board game at the table for four or watch a movie. A sectional and two armchairs set the scene for relaxed conversation in the second living area. The home office is located in a loft area above the entryway. This open space is outfitted with a desk and two monitors. You’ll also find a twin daybed and well-stocked bookshelves. The kitchen features sparkling granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. As dinner simmers, perch at the bar for four or share appetizers around the table for six. The table in the dining area seats 10 for memorable meals (two highchairs are provided, if needed). This home sleeps 11 guests between four bedrooms and the daybed in the office (two cribs are provided, if needed). Each bedroom has a TV. The primary suite boasts a king bed, a Nespresso coffee maker, and two private balconies. Spa-like features of the en-suite bathroom include a double walk-in shower and a deep clawfoot bathtub. The second bedroom holds a king bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is a junior suite primary suite that offers a king bed and direct access to the patio and backyard. There are two guest bathrooms: one configured with a tub/shower combination, and the other with a walk-in shower. Spend dreamy afternoons outdoors in the walled backyard. The pool invites you to enjoy a dip at any time of the year. Rest in the shade on lounge seating beneath the cabana. Fire up the gas grill and dine at the table for six. Another small table is ideal for kids. On clear nights, relax beside the gas firepit or around the wood-burning chiminea. Located in the desirable Estate Groves, you’ll enjoy a quiet location within a short drive of local restaurants and Gene Autry Park. Hike to a scenic lookout on nearby, Red Mountain Trail. Drive to Scottsdale to visit Old Town or watch a spring training baseball game. THINGS TO KNOW Interior fireplace is not operational. No smoking/vaping allowed anywhere on the property No parties or gatherings, quiet hours begin after 10pm. This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: Located in front of home only <li>5 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD105 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Shaded front patio provides cover for morning coffee and pregame gatherings. Large living room and front room provide plenty of space for members to spread out or gather together. Two arcade games, blackjack and craps tables. Each room has a Fire TV with HBO, Netflix, Amazon Prime, MLB.TV, Disney+. Outside Gazebo functions as an outside Living Room with TV and couch. The space Front door has a keypad for easy access, no key required. Kitchen comes equipped with cookware, stocked Keurig coffee maker, blender, and enough glassware and utensils for your trip. Backyard has a gas grill for cooking out,.and outdoor heaters for cool desert nights. The house is wired for automation, allowing you to toggle lights on in the main rooms. There is a Amazon Echo in the Living Room and Gazebo for music/entertainment, this can be disabled on request. All rooms have smart TVs, including the outdoor Gazebo! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except the Master Bedroom's closet. Extra hanging space is available in the Laundry Room for additional garments.
