With 1800 square feet of living space, our four-bedroom, two bath house is situated in a peaceful area of the Rolling Hills complex, located in Kissimmee, less than 5 miles south of the Disney World Resort area. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and desk with task chair and computer monitor, perfect for the pitiable folks like us who occasionally need a comfortable place to get a few hours of work done while on vacation. The en-suite includes his and hers sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, and the two additional bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds each. The kitchen is fully equipped if you really (no, really!) plan to cook while on vacation. Or, if you prefer a quiet relaxing evening around the pool, there are many restaurants nearby offering home delivery service. The space also contains a second area with a desk, office chair and computer monitor with HDMI cable. The spacious family room has a 65" tv and leads directly to the fully enclosed and lighted pool area. Supermarkets, entertainment, and restaurants are a few minutes' drive away. Situated within minutes' drive of many wonderful theme parks, this is an ideal home for your next family vacation. The king bed master suite has hardwood floors, a sliding door to the lanai, a walk-in closet and a 40-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. Funtastic Getaway includes all the baby/toddler equipment you need free of charge. There is a baby monitor, four bed rails, a highchair, a single stroller, a sit-and-stand stroller and a pack-n-play. There is also a removable toddler fence separating the pool from the rest of the pool deck and all doors to the pool area have alarms on them. All latches on the exterior screen doors and fence gate are at least 5 feet high for safety. Guest access You have the whole house! No part of this house or pool is shared by the owners or other guests. Other things to note The optional pool and spa heat is available for $30 PER DAY IN ADDITION TO THE DAILY RATE. Pool and spa heat is recommended for stays occurring October through April. Please let us know if you want the optional pool heat for your stay and we will add it to your reservation. Pool and spa heat is included free of charge in June, July and August. Starting September 1, 2021 Emerald Island Resort has started charging a non-refundable resort fee of $20 per car which gets you an access card to use the automated lane at the gate.
