Therefore noise complaints or any disturbances to the neighbours will not be tolerated and can lead to immediate eviction with no refund. Please be courteous! We use a Noise Monitoring device in our home to ensure after hours noise levels are reasonable. This device does not record any audio, it only monitors noise levels.
