The space There is a very large walk in crawl space if you have the need to store a bike, etc. Message owner if you need access to crawl space. 30 day min. booking. If you book for more than one month, Airbnb sets it up so that you can pay for one month at a time. Guest access 5 min. to Downtown, 3 min. to West Asheville and 15 min. to Blue Ridge Parkway/Pisgah Mts. Short walking distance to public transportation - ART bus fare is only $1! Other things to note A carbon monoxide monitor is not needed because this house only has electric. Discounts already included in my base rate. Please note that although children/infants are welcome, the house in not child-proof and it is the responsibility of the guests to make it so. The yard is ungated.

Additionally, there is a treadmill and yoga equipment, two inflatable kayaks (for easy transport) with river access only 4 mins away!
