Private room & 2 bathrooms in newly remodeled unit

Come stay in a fully furnished private master bedroom with 1 connected bathroom and another down the hall! The room includes a queen bed, spacious closet, and electronic standing desk and monitor. There's an huge kitchen with a Wolf stove and Bosch appliances - just remodeled in 2020.

The unit has 2 floors, and I live on upper level where you're welcome to use the washer/dryer and large patio with BBQ.

Near public transport & free street parking - just watch for street cleaning days/times.

A TV will be available with Dish TV access. I can provide towels and toiletries as well. There is a shared kitchen in the unit as well. There is relatively a lot of street parking available for an SF neighborhood.

Other things to note
I promise I'm extremely friendly, so please feel free to reach out for any questions or concerns! There is a dog (shih tzu) that stays at the apartment about 3-4 days a week. She extremely friendly so you are welcome to play with her if you like dogs, or I can keep her away from your area if you're not a huge fan of pets. She is well-behaved and doesn't do much other than sleep and chew on toys.
