This town home comes with 3 HOME OFFICE spaces equipped with a PC and printer ready for use. We are PET FRIENDLY with no weight or breed restrictions. There are 2 bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, small backyard with GRILL, FIRE PIT, and exercise equipment. Keep entertained with our high tech TV's, and a MASSAGE CHAIR! There is a washer and dryer, plenty of parking, a GIANT PARK within walking distance, and we are close to all of Denver's attractions!

Booking is a 30 day minimum. You DON'T have to move in on the 1st! Pick any move in date that is convenient for you :)
Fully stocked - just bring your clothes and make yourself at home! Guests may contact us at any time for help on how to use the TV, grill, where to find something, advice on the surrounding area, etc.

☀Bedroom 1 - The stylish upstairs master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, closet space and dresser. This bedroom has a 63" Visio Smart TV with Netflix and Blue Ray DVD player. Has 1 window AC unit.
☀ Bedroom 2 - The second upstairs bedroom also offers a queen size bed, closet space, and dresser. This room includes a comfortable OFFICE SPACE with a 33" curved computer monitor, printer, filing cabinets and a Dell PC set up for your use. This bedroom also has a 42" TV with a DVD player / Xbox 360 and Apple TV. There is a ceiling fan and a top of the line MASSAGE CHAIR to relax you at the end of a long day :)
☀ Living Room - This spacious living area includes a large comfortable sectional sofa, a massive 77" 4k Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. and a ton of movies on DVD. With the sound bar and subwoofer you have your own personal home theatre. The living room also includes TWO OFFICE SPACES with two split screen monitors for your use. Whether you want to have a meal in the dining room with the family, watch a movie on the couch, or get some work done, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need.
☀ Backyard - This cozy little fenced in backyard has a full sized grill, fire pit, and workout equipment. Perfect spot to relax, make some smores and hang with the family (roasting sticks included!). There is also a medium sized doggy-door, so if you do have a dog, they will have easy access to the backyard to take care of business.
☀ Kitchen - This fully stocked kitchen comes with a full sized fridge, oven, stove top, & microwave. Gadgets include Keurig coffee machine, crock pot, dutch oven, Ninja blender, toaster, dishes, cookware, etc. There will also be non perishables included such as condiments, seasoning, canned foods, and more, so you can come right in and make yourself at home!
☀ Laundry - We have a shared washer and dryer with one other unit, these are coin fed but we will leave some quarters for you as well as soap and dryer sheets

PLEASE NOTE: This is our lived-in home when we are not traveling. It is not brand new and neither is our stuff, but we have worked very hard to ensure everything will be perfect upon your arrival and hope you enjoy the space as much as we do. Mi casa es su casa!
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home except for 1 locked closet downstairs that we use for personal storage. The rest is yours! Entry is secure and easy with a lock-box. There is plenty of parking available as well.
