Our home is a clean, modern 3BD/2BA with an incredible view. Spot whales over breakfast, enjoy long weekend walks along the Great Highway, or have a fire in the garden under the stars and seagulls.
Work from a sun-filled office with a standing desk, monitor and ergonomic chair and get your feet in the sand 15 seconds from home.
The space
If you have kids, let us know and we can leave toys or make special accommodations for sleeping & eating. We have all the gear! : )
The downstairs level has polished concrete, heated (if needed) floors. One bedroom, a bathroom with shower, kitchenette, and laundry. The bedroom has large sliding doors that open to the garden.
The upstairs has the kitchen, living room with TV, 2 bedrooms, an office/flex room, and the second bathroom. You'll spend most of your time up here with the sun-spilled rooms & incredible views.
Since the Great Hwy is closed on the weekends, people come to the Outer Sunset for recreation. It's now some of the best people watching in the city!
Guest access
Plenty of street parking. Bus stop around the corner, train a few blocks away. Easy access to the highway for weekend trips to Big Sur, Yosemite, Half Moon Bay, Point Reyes, and more.
Other things to note
We live in this home and only rent it out in the summers. We're looking for a single long-term reservation over the summer months. We set a minimum of 40days, ideally 2-3months (June - August). We are flexible on specific dates. I would love to talk to you in advance to see how we can set the house up to accommodate your group and needs. We are excited for someone else to enjoy this place as much as we do. Every day is like vacation here!
