This space also has a full bath en-suite and a kitchenette complete with microwave; Keurig; standard coffee maker; toaster and drink refrigerator. The top of this three-story beauty hosts a large living area with a 70 inch flatscreen TV with soundbar. The adjacent dining room hosts dinner seating for 10. There are an additional 4 seats located at the adjacent countertop. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes granite countertops; stainless steel appliances; as well as a standard coffee maker; Keurig; and margarita machine. Need wine chilled?
