Enjoy a swim in your own private pool, protected by a lanai so you never have to worry about rain! This home's outdoor spaces are sure to impress, and there's room for everyone to jump in and enjoy a swim. The extensive patio provides plenty of seating, and an extra mounted TV will keep everyone entertained. The counter bar is a perfect place to enjoy casual meals or drinks between dips. Indoors, guests will have plenty of options for unwinding with two different living room spaces. Every room in the house is cooled by central air conditioning. Two desk workspaces (one with an extra-large computer monitor) will speak to the needs of guests who have to complete remote work. The fully equipped kitchen features classic stainless steel appliances, a prep island, and plenty of counter space for preparing meals together. Of course, cooking out on the extra-large private gas grill is always an option. You'll be centrally located to downtown, hiking/walking paths, and the beach at this home. There'll be a spot by the pool waiting for you when you get back!
