The space
Enjoy this rustic and modern urban loft that's centrally located in the eclectic RiNo arts district. Inspired by the turn-of-the-century industrial era, this mature and spacious 1bd/2bath condo is situated in the newly constructed, LEED certified, designer-grade, Rino Art Loft’s Building. Set amongst one of the trendiest neighborhoods of the Mile High city, you can easily explore some of the best galleries, murals, shops, breweries, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance.

The open space floor plan starts in the kitchen with a Scandanavian vibe with muted colors and a functional purpose. Fully stocked with updated amenities, endless storage, and a breakfast bar that seats up to 3 and a dining table that seats up to 4. If you prefer dining al-fresco, then step out onto the large private balcony for a happy hour around the sectional lounge, and then move to the outdoor dining table for dinner. • Window shades are operated by individual remote controls, one located to the right of the refrigerator and one located to the right on the wall when turning the corner to the primary bedroom. If a remote control is lost, you will be charged $250 per remote.
• Due to occasional high winds, please place balcony lounge cushions (backs only) in the storage container located on the balcony when not in use.
