Three bedrooms, three bathrooms across two floors.
Main room / kitchen: Large room with open style and fully equipped kitchen, dinner table, living room area with couch, chairs and TV. Direct access to garden.
Master bedroom: Large bedroom, 180 cm bed, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom. Direct access to garden.
Second bedroom / home office: Bedroom with 160 cm bed, wardrobe, small desk with chair, monitor and network access. Bathroom next to it. Direct access to garden.
Upstairs bedroom: Bedroom with 160 cm bed, ensuite bathroom, wardrobe. Direct access to a balcony.
Guest house:
One bedroom, one bathroom, one small kitchenette / living room. Attached to the main house but separate entrance and fully private.

Situated in a small gated community just outside Gumusluk. Parking available inside the community just outside the house. Gumusluk village by the sea is just 5-10 mins by car where you can enjoy a lot of good restaurants by the water. Many nearby beach clubs and activities.

The house is elevated from the street level and access from the street is via a staircase only.
