A 480-square-foot, first-floor condo, this rental features everything you need for a comfortable stay. Relax on the sofa after a full day in the mountains, check your social media with the free WiFi, and flip on the Roku-equipped TV to stream your favorite shows. This studio boasts an eight-seating couch with two Hide-A-Beds and a table that slips into two for games or puzzles. Please keep in mind that these condos are up in the mountains and the wifi can and does go in and out, the WiFi connection is often spotty.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicles. Only one parking space is allowed per condo. There is no way around this and unfortunately, there is no overnight parking up the mountain in the lots. If bringing a second vehicle please plan accordingly. Parking passes are required 7 days a week, 365 days out of the year. Please fill out the parking pass and immediately leave it on a visible spot on your dashboard. Failure to do so will result in your vehicle being towed.
Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
