My room is located in 《Okubo》 which is known as Korean town.
It is a 3-minute walk from Shin-Okubo station, and you can get to Shinjuku in 3 minutes by train or 15 minutes on foot, and other major stations by Yamanote Line.
The room is equipped with two monitors and a working desk for 2 ppl.
Making it an ideal environment for remote work.
There is a coin laundry on the first floor ,and
There are convenience stores, restaurants, bank ATMs, etc. in the neighborhood.

Please refrain from viewing and downloading videos, as it may cause a slowdown in speed.

You can come and go 24 hours. ※Please be quiet and considerate neighbors.

Detail of routes to my apartment from the closest station are prepared by movie clip and article.
I'm sure you can easily access my place without problems.
Please note that guests staying more than 30 nights will be required to sign a regular lease agreement.
The contract is electronically signed and can be easily completed via email.
The details of the contract are exactly the same as those described in the house rules.
All charges are processed by credit card on Airbnb which is the same as a regular reservation.
