Guest access
Your access will consist of your apartment and all the key amenities the apartment complex has to offer, such as:

*Kids' Playground

Special note: the availability hours of the amenities may vary depending on the season and maintenance performed in them. Please always understand we don't have control over the work being done in each of the amenities, as the schedule varies. It is important to understand the availability status of all the amenities, and respect the schedule as such. Moreover, in the event of unavailability, we are not responsible for any deductions or refunds to your nightly stay.

Other things to note
This apartment is on a third floor, we have a security camera in the outside of the apartment (none in the inside) for safety purposes. We also have a humidity and noise sensor in the inside of the apartment, which helps us monitor the state of the apartment in the event of emergencies.

These security devices will not affect the privacy of your stay, so we ask you to respect them as such.
CHECK IN TIME: We ask all of our guests to plan for a 4 pm check in time ( as per our house rules shown here in the listing)
Early check in may be available for a fee starting at 1 pm, please contact us in advance for this. Payment must be submitted 24 hrs in advance.
No early check in's (before 4pm ) will be allowed if the guest doesn't pay a the fee or the host doesn't approve.
