Spacious 1 BR/2 BA Downtown Brooklyn Apartment

Huge 1 BR/2 BA apartment situated in a prime location of downtown Brooklyn! Right next to Borough Hall, you are a 10 minute subway ride away from Manhattan (next to the 2,3,4,5, and N trains with a quick 5 minute walk to the A, C, and F trains) and walking distance to the Brooklyn Bridge!

We love our home and it is equipped for your WFH needs with a standing desk, monitor to hook your laptop to, and high speed internet!

The space
We love our space! We hope you are comfortable in our living room with our couch and there is a collapsible table that you can extend if you need more space for dinner!

Our bedroom has a full bed and plenty of closet space for you! We also have sleep assists such as a humidifier, dehumidifier, and an air purifier if you get stuffy (or just open the windows)!

Please enjoy our kitchen. We love to cook so there are lots of spices you can help yourself to! We only ask that you do not eat our perishables. (Please also enjoy our new backsplash I painstakingly put 15+ hours and 5 round trip bike rides to Lowes for supplies that was just installed!)

We have lots of plants and hope they add to your comfort during your stay!

You’ll have the whole apartment! We will have our second bedroom locked which holds our things as well as one of the closets in the main bedroom. Otherwise the whole space is yours during your stay! :)

Other things to note
Please note that we are an East Asian household and as such, ask that you remove your shoes at the entryway.

No pets!

Also, please note we do NOT have a coffee maker (just a French press that we use for tea) but there are many great coffee shops nearby!

Other than that, please enjoy your stay and do not hesitate to reach out for any of your needs!
